PINE ISLAND RETREAT

Your own private island on Lake Nipissing's Northwest Bay where you will enjoy beautiful sunsets and lovely Lake vistas.

Just 4.5 hours north of Toronto to this great quiet island. The cottage is a modern ,fully furnished, two bedroom residence with living room, dining room, small den, three piece bathroom and galley kitchen. It also boasts a six bed bunk house. All linens & towels are supplied on a weekly basis. The cottage enjoys two wooden decks with one completely screened. It also has a lovely dock area and two boat slips. We also supply you with an 18 foot cedar strip boat and 15 hp motor and a paddleboat for your water adventures. You will be 5 minutes by water to a small convenience store, 45 minutes (by car) from North Bay and 20 minutes(by car) from a golf course. Fully equipped kitchen with all dishes, pots, pans and appliances and a propane BBQ will also be there for you.

Rates:

High Season: $1200.00 per week / 4 persons
Low Season: $1000.00 per week/ 4 persons
Low Seasons Weekends: $500.00 - two nights / $600.00 - three nights
Extra Persons: $150.00 per person per week

**Renters will be required to sign a contract
Deposit for reservation: $500.00 (non-refundable)
Damage Deposit: $500.00 refunded upon final inspection.
Separate insurance available for the boat.

Rules:
Smoking outside only and please use provided container for cigarette butts.
Pets welcome but not allowed on the furniture and must be cleaned up after.
Check-in time: 2 PM
Check-out time: 10.00 AM
Visitor Fees: $5.00 per person per day. Daily guest(s) must leave by 11 PM. Should any visitor(s) wish to stay overnight there will be an additional fee of $55.00 per person per day. Please inform the office by 9:00 PM if any guest is staying the night.
All accounts outstanding are to be paid in full upon arrival. Personal cheques for deposit only.
